Manager - Email Marketing - IT (4-15 yrs)
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Plan, create, and implement email marketing campaigns, including email templates, landing pages, and CTAs.
- Manage and segment the email database to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
- Write compelling and persuasive email copy, subject lines, and CTAs to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, analysing metrics, and implementing improvements based on insights.
- Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics, such as delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conduct regular analysis of email campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot to create and automate email workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN SPAM and GDPR.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in HubSpot/CRM Marketing Tool and Inbound Marketing
- Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing
