As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients by implementing highly effective email marketing campaigns and fostering strong relationships with our existing clients to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled professional and highly talented B2B Email Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all the aspects of email marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying the target audience, conducting market research through email and LinkedIn prospecting, creating engaging content for email marketing, and managing the campaigns through automation platforms.

Responsibilities :

1. Managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns.

2. Identifying target audience and generating leads, both domestic and international.

3. Sourcing the LinkedIn profiles and valid email addresses of the right prospects.

4. Creating email templates, copywriting, QA, and campaign scheduling.

5. Implementing the use of email marketing automation platforms such as Smartreach, Pipedrive, etc.

6. Managing content personalization & A/B testing - creating subject lines, message content, CTAs, etc, intended to improve the campaign performance.

7. Analysing campaign performance and providing regular reports that include opens, clicks, replies, conversions, unsubscribes, etc. to gain valuable insights.

8. Ensuring delivery of valuable updates to our clients through regular and highly efficient communication.

9. Conducting market research and competitive research to analyse other service areas.

10. Constantly looking for new ways to improve the campaigns through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. At least 1 year of experience in email marketing and lead generation.

3. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

4. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with clients effectively.

5. Proficiency in using email marketing automation software.

6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and ownership approach.

Job Details :

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Work Mode : Hybrid

Work Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM

Work Days : 6 days a week
