Reporting to:- NSM-MT

Location- Based At Mumbai

Education : Graduate + MBA / PGDM (Marketing)

Work Experience : 5-10 Years of Total Experience (3-5 Years in E commerce, managing or working in E commerce)

Industry Preference : FMCG (Food/Non Food)

Key Accountability

- Landscaping the E Commerce Market from FMCG stand point

- Developing the Portfolio strategy

- Developing the Go to Market Strategy

- Developing the Sales and Marketing strategy for E commerce

- Delivering Budgeted revenue & managing the channel P&L.

- Understanding competitor landscaping areas of E Commerce

- Category Revenue Potential in E commerce

- Understanding Key Drivers, Consumer purchase behaviours in E Commerce.

- Developing & Optimizing Marketing Strategies for consumer accusition & Brand Engagement.

Role Dimensions

- Managing the Channel P&L, Delivery of Revenue & Management Expenditure

- Vendor, Cross Functional & People Management. Developing Marketing Strategy for E commerce, Developing customized product portfolio for E commerce

Functional Skills Required

- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)

- Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Terminologies in E commerce

- Understanding of E commerce

Desired Competencies / Behaviors

- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential.
