About the Role:
The Distribution Sales Manager will manage the sales distribution network, develop key strategies for market penetration, and ensure effective client servicing within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage distribution channels and build strong networks to drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategies for market growth and penetration.
- Foster relationships with distributors and key clients for sustained growth.
- Monitor sales activities and report progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in managing sales distribution or channel sales.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
Age: 21-38 years.
Compensation:
- 2.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
