Manager - Direct Sales & Partnerships - Software (2-10 yrs)

Description:

Minimum 2 years in an account executive role hitting or exceeding quota. Prior experience as an SDR/EBR/MDR strongly preferred. Experience with cold email outreach to successfully generate MQLs. Experience managing or mentoring junior members of the team. Experience building external enterprise partnerships preferred, but not required.

- Preference will be given to candidates with SMB sales experience. Would also be open to sales experience with companies in the same market (LegalZoom, DocuSign, HelloSign, etc) We also prefer candidates that are data driven and able to speak to their success based on prior sales quotas. We are looking for someone with experience selling for a company with less brand awareness. This presents a similar challenge to our company's current status

The Role :

- Interested in building a business unit from the ground up within an established, profitable company- FormSwift is looking for a Manager, Direct Sales & Partnerships. In this role, reporting directly to the CEO, you will responsible for building our sales channel from the ground up, including go-to-market strategy, sales, product delivery, customer success, and coordination with other teams in the organization. This management level role has full profit & loss responsibility for this business unit, with a path to promotion to a General Manager level role within 1-2 years.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work with CEO to develop go-to market strategy, including value propositions and prioritization of verticals.

- Identify and execute on channels, including cold emails, to generate MQLs for FormSwift Custom Workflows

- Close and onboard initial customers and work with product team to deliver feedback.

- Hire and manage a team to scale AEs, SDRs, and Customer Suc
