Manager - Direct Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- Our Sales department is looking passionate and hardworking candidate to join us as a Direct Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibility :
- The Sales Manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks.
- Keep an eye on the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
- Locate and hire prospective insurance advisors
- Ensuring agent motivation and fostering a long-lasting relationship between the agents and the business.
- Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance and activity.
- Fostering trusting relationships with the team and the clients.
- Use the Need-Based Selling Model and abide by it.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Bachelor Degree
- 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field
- Age between 21 to 38
- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
