Manager - Direct Sales - Life Insurance (1-4 yrs)

- Life Insurance Companies need motivated and attentive Managers.
- Locate and hire potential insurance advisors.
- Coach advisors for increased productivity, develop a plan and hit the objective. Concentrate on sales team management, geographic coverage, and spread management.
- Gather leads from the general public.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Graduate / MBA
- Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
