Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Roles and Duties :
- Maintaining relationships with past clients by following up with them regularly to ensure satisfaction with the products or services they purchased.
- Conducting research to identify potential new markets for the company's products or services.
- Preparing reports on sales activities, including leads generated and their status, to managers in the company.
- Identifying opportunities for new business within existing markets for growth, by contacting potential clients to introduce new products or services.
- Developing training programs to help improve sales skills for other employees in the organization.
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Experience : Mini. 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing in BFSI/Investment/Pharma/NBFC/Telecom etc.
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
- Ability to work well in a team environment
