Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assemble, educate, and cultivate a top-notch sales force.
- Give each team member specific goals and performance indicators.

- Encourage and inspire the group to hit or surpass sales goals.
- Development of Sales Strategies:
- To accomplish corporate goals, create and execute efficient sales strategies.
- Examine consumer demands and market trends to find areas for expansion.
- Work together with other divisions, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to match sales tactics with overarching business objectives.
- As the market conditions change, assess your sales strategies and make any necessary adjustments.
Forecasting and Planning for Sales :
- Create budgets and plans for sales in coordination with upper management.
- Project sales and monitor your progress toward your goals.
