Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Our Sales team is looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Direct Sales Manager immediately.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential customers who fit the ideal customer profile.
- Maintaining long-term and positive customer relationships.
- Co-ordination between customers and agents for smooth functioning of the business.
- Capable of closing leads one-on-one and building relationships with clients.

Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate
Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales

- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- A track record of success in customer service, lead generation, or sales.
