Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are in search of a proficient and experienced Direct Sales Manager to help us grow our business. You will also act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams.
Roles and responsibility :
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Having best strength for field work
- Identifying and contacting potential clients
- Managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievements.
- Identifying the needs and requirements of the prospective customers.
- To recruit and handle a team of sales consultants.
Mandated Candidate :
Must be graduation
Min 2 years of skilled sales and marketing
Age: 25 to 38 years
CTC: 2.75 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
