Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned districts.
- Ensure that district sales staffs adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other field sales Agents
- Handling allocate employee under your team
- Handling team member's for achieved targets and market visits. DSR report.
- Do visit the business and residence place for verify customer.
- Preparation of MIS on daily basis and weekly review report.
- Driving sales for the company, through insurance advisers
- Goal setting, reviewing and assisting them
- Develop the business plan objectives for assigned Division
- Business development responsibility
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 to 5 years sales & marketing experience preferred
- Must be graduated
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Previous field sales experience is a plus
