Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Achieve targets for portfolio growth with respect of quality and risk awareness of the business
- Follow and analyse the commercial performance in line with the prospection plan
- Follow and analyse the commercial performance in line with the prospection plan
- Prospection and direct sales to all customer segments
- Attend presentations for prospects, external parties and networks in order to provide the proposition of Allianz Trad
- Work together with direct sales of other Lines of Business to develop cross selling and meet the targets defined
Analyse the need of the prospect in and provide him with the right proposition in collaboration with the underwriter
- Negotiate with the prospect in order to achieve results
These targets are achieved with respect of Global Fidelity Rules and Local Authorities
