Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- To achieve the organization's revenue and sales goals, develop a sales plan.
- Set personal sales targets with the sales team.
- Assign sales employees responsibility for client accounts.
- Monitor the individual sales action plan of every salesperson.
- Oversee the performance and actions of the sales team; ensure that the team has the resources necessary for its operations; monitor the team's achievement of sales targets; Interact with other company departments to ensure that sales goals are fulfilled.
