Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities and duties :
1. Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
2. Ensuring all staff good time management.
3. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
4. Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
5. Suggests modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies.
6. Assists clients with filing insurance claims.
Skill :
- Excellent communication
- Interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a sales team
Candidate Profile :
- Experience : Minimum 2 Years in sales and marketing
- CTC : 2.75 To 3.75 LPA
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Must be graduation
