Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, Furthermore, you should be able to work at flexible hours and meet sales targets.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- To build a robust and profitable distribution network Distributers.
- To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target
- To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of the Distributers in the team.
- To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms
- To take initiative for teams' development through productivity improvement drives and training programs to enable them to achieve exceed their assigned business targets.
- To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.
- Training & Development Ensure the Product training to the part time employees and resolving the queries as when they need it.
- Helping with call demonstration to HNI clients with part time employees,
- Tracking the performance of part time sales force on regular basis.
- Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any Field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skill
- Age : 21 to 32
