Job description :
- Proving pre and post-sales support
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of the Banca team
- To develop, agree and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sales targets
- Work on leads given by the bank.
- Build a good relationship with the walk-in customers.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience: Min. 2 Years in Sales and Marketing and 1+ Years in the Insurance sector
2. CTC: Up to 2.60/3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
3. Age: 21 to 38 years
4. Education: Any Graduation
5. Candidate: Local Candidate
