Job description :
- To expand the agency network in assigned Territory
- New stream partners onboarding.
- Ensure the Team meets potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments.
- Ensure the Team Services the Existing POS to drive sales growth
- Continuous training and motivating the team to drive ULIP business.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution and coordinate with the team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
- To Drive Onboarding and Activation of Partners month after month and create a sticky partner environment Mentoring and Coaching Partners on Technology and process.
- will procure fresh premiums through agents attached to you.
- Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
- Develop agents in line with the career development/training requirements of the Company
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Growing existing people's account
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
Required Candidate profile :
- The candidate must be a graduate
- Good Knowledge of Sales.
- 1-2 years of Experience in Sales & Marketing
- Must have a minimum 1 year of Insurance Agency Channel - Sales Experience
