Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Job Descriptions:
- advising clients on the type of insurance coverage they should buy.
- Keeping in touch with the clients and building strong relationships with them.
- Responding to inquiries from the client regarding insurance policies.
- Determining the risk exposures in accordance with the client's needs.
- Examining the clients' current policies and suggesting adjustments as necessary.
- Making sure that the company's rules and regulations are written appropriately.
- Maintaining monthly records for clients.
- Creating and delivering reports to superior authorities.
- Taking care of insurance renewals.
- Increasing the number of clients by interacting with them.
- Maintaining awareness of the most recent developments in the insurance sector.
- To broaden the organization's network in the designated Territory
- The enlistment of new stream partners.
- See to it that the Team connects with prospective POSP agents in their assigned regions.
- Assure the Team Maintains the Current POS to Promote Sales Growth
- Constantly educating and energizing the group to promote ULIP sales.
Candidate Profile :
- Any steam bachelor's degree
- 2 years' worth of sales experience.(Field sales)
- Good communication abilities.

- A thorough knowledge of the various insurance policies.
- Understanding of the bureau of labor statistics as it relates to the insurance sector.
- Show that you can work with various personalities.
