Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute on weekly sales meetings and meet targets
- Report to senior management on your sales actions.
- Achieving the objectives set forth for your region
- Building, preserving, and growing your broker network and clientele.
- Expanding business prospects via diverse channels to market
- To guarantee that all promotional and contest programs are effectively rolled out
- To possess complete product and sales process knowledge proficiency.
- To interact with allocated branches/POS in keeping with the route plan.
Qualifications and Educations Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year Work experiences in banking industry specializing in Sales area.
- Strong in sales leader with the proven record.
