Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
To help the sales manager meet goals and targets, the Direct Sales Manager will provide support. In this position, you'll support the creation and execution of sales strategies, oversee a group of sales reps, and make sure that customers are completely satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales manager in reaching goals.
- Lead and inspire the sales staff.
- Create and put into action sales strategies.
- Establish and preserve relationships with customers.
- Keep an eye on sales indicators and write reports.

- Aid in managing the budget.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
