- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
