Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Recruit a team of highly motivated financial advisors and consultants from open market

- Schedule and provide a training to your team regarding products and opportunities to working with the organizations

- Motivate and support your team to generate a leads of prospective customers

- Drive a business together with your team to close those leads by selling life insurance

- Review your team performance and mentor them as per their capacity

- Sourcing a business through your team and customers by providing support of sales and services

- To give knowledge about a new and existing product.

- To build good and healthy relationships with customers and clients.

- Maintain long term relationships with clients.

- Achieve monthly sales goals.

- Effectively create value selling in business negotiations.

- Identify new opportunities to leverage business and relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- High-level communication and presentations skills

- Proven ability to negotiate

- Time management and planning skills

- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work

- Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload

- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a tea

- Bachelor degree in any stream
