Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Achieve portfolio growth goals while keeping an eye on the organization's quality and risk control.
- Track and assess the company's financial performance in line with the projection plan.
- Prospecting and direct sales to all customer segments
- Take part in presentations to introduce Allianz Trad to networks, external parties, and prospects.
- Together with the underwriter, analyze the prospect's needs and provide the best proposal
- Collaborate with direct sales of other business lines to create cross-selling opportunities and reach predetermined goals
- Bargain with the potential client to get outcomes
- These objectives are achieved in terms of Local Authorities and Global Fidelity Rules.
