Roles and responsibilities :
- Lead, train, and assess field sales representatives while offering direction and motivation.
- To reach or exceed BFSI sales targets, implement a strategic sales plan.
- Develop client relationships and open up new accounts to grow your customer base.
- Sustain strong relationships with important clients by offering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitor activity, and industry advancements.
- To enhance their customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills, the sales team should receive ongoing coaching.
- Provide senior management with monthly sales reports that highlight critical performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.
