Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Inculcate product and practical training to advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Recruitment and management of Agents
- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.
- Train and motivate advisors to better understand the market/products. Monitor and review the agent's performance.
- Help them achieve maximum business.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2+ Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 35 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
