- Building successful and lasting relationships with important clients is a skill that a successful business development manager will possess. In order to tailor solutions for various needs on behalf of their clients, they will also need a clear, decisive communication style.

- The first requirement is that the candidate must have at least a year of experience in core sales.

- The age range should be between 24 and 35.

- Own means of transportation are required.

- At least four years should be spent in the same city.

- As opposed to office work, this is fieldwork, so you should be prepared to work outside.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The main duties of agency managers include selecting reliable advisors and business partners.

- In the Agency Channel, the Agency will be in charge of managing an on-roll team of 8- 10 sales managers.

- Observing the sales objectives and achieving them. 


- Achieving sales goals.

- Accompany salespeople on client visits to support and improve their performance.

- The team of sales managers is in charge of putting together the team (life insurance advisors) from within their own personal and professional networks.

- Establishing a business plan that addresses the control of sales, revenue, and expenses.

- Reaching anticipated sales targets.

- Establishing personal sales goals with the sales team.

- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.

- Monitoring the performance and activities of the sales team.

- Coordinating lead generation efforts with marketing.

- Constantly educating your salespeople.
