Manager - Direct Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Recognizing the demands and requirements of the clients.
- Putting together and delivering monthly sales reports.
- Describing to clients the advantages of the product.
- Networks, both personal and professional. When cross-selling insurance, follow the Need-Based Selling Model and use it.
- A group of sales agents are employed, educated, inspired, and counselled. Potential Insurance Advisors are identified and recruited.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Candidates with an Associate degree in any field will also be preferred.
- 2+ years of working experience in a Field Sales role in the Sales department.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Age between 21 to 38
