Manager - Direct Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Build and drive sales and strategy based on company strategy and business objectives
- Oversee 3rd party product management and development, directing the prioritization of conversion rate optimization and UX enhancements
- Manage all strategic and operational aspects of our selling channels (website, FBA, wholesale, etc.)
- Analyze/compile channel and marketing performance analytics & reporting and provide recommendations for more effective ways to reach customers and increase revenue
- Optimize across channels to drive company (revenue, gross margin, profitability)
- Define/refine our target customer segments and drive actionable insights related to these segments
