Manager - Direct Sales - BFS (2-12 yrs)
- Hiring expert in Sales industry who are having experience of 2 plus years in field sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets proper training in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education Qualification : Graduate Any stream
- Experience of at least 2 + Years in sales
- Excellent Communications and Presentations Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Negotiation skills
