Manager - Direct Sales - BFS (1-8 yrs)

- For the assigned sales to deal exclusively with Team, the role holder will plan and execute the sales strategy in order to meet the desired sales objectives.

Job Roles And Responsibilities :

- Find business consultants or agents.

- Agent-based sales policies.

- Organize the trainings for the regulations

- Working in the field with business agents.

- Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Complete monthly goals.

- Encourage advisors and business partners to participate in various sales competitions.

- Uphold positive relationships with clients and suppliers.

- Focus on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Focused efforts to increase the collection of renewal premiums.

- Oversee a group of people tasked with customer service

- Address any client complaints that come to your attention.

- Develop policies and guidelines

- Arrange for service delivery to be trained and standardized.

Requirements for candidates : 
 
- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- Experience in Sales and Marketing/BFSI for 1 or 2 years Minimum

- Powerful Leadership,

- Communication Techniques.

- Capacity for problem-solving.

- A local candidate
