Manager - Direct Sales - Bank/Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Age : 21-38 yrs.
Qualification : Graduate/PG

CTC - up to- 4.50 LPA + incentives
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- will motivate, train and guide agents (existing direct agents, inactive agents, poor-performing agents, Orphan agents, and New agents).
- will procure fresh premiums through agents attached to you.
- Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
- Develop agents in line with the career development/training requirements of the Company
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Growing existing people's account
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Documenting the sales process and closing
- Creating proposals and presentation material
- Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
- Managing customer associations
Skills & Knowledge
- Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 1 yr exp in Insurance sales
- Should have a sound understanding of the Insurance sector,
- Should be result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.
