We are looking for a high-performing Direct Sales Manager to help us meet our customer benefit and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience: Mini. 2 years in Sales/Marketing

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

CTC: Up to 3.0 LPA + High Incentives + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits

On Roll: Pay Roll

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

3. Demonstrating product features to customers.

4. Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.

5. Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.

Candidate Requirement:

- Age: 24 to 38

- Education: Any Graduate

- Local Candidates are preferred.

- Good Stability

- Good Communication
