Manager- Digital & Social Media Marketing - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

Major Goals and Responsibilities :


- Manage the Social media platforms to increase engagement and community building

1. Brief digital agency on the monthly communication theme and drive the agency to devise a content strategy for
each social media platforms by exploring and identifying activities for amplification on social media.

2. Share feedback and direction and review content strategy with agency

3. Ensure the creatives are posted as per the monthly calendar created, with daily hygiene checks

4. Tracking performance with monthly Social media performance review and competitor analysis

5. Liaison with compliance for approvals and feedback to be incorporated

- Digital Media planning & buying for Business

1. Understand the business objectives and targets from the respective stakeholders

2. Create a brief doc which is to be shared with media agency for identifying different digital platforms (like
search, ad networks, display, native, blogging, emailer etc) to achieve business targets and formulate a media
KPI basis the business objective given

4. Co-ordinate with product teams, Sales team, and customer care updating about the media plan and drive the
agency to achieve the media plan with timely feedback

- Other Digital Initiatives

1. Manage agency to Create & drive digital campaigns for the brand with media plans and communication theme

2. Managing agency to Create and update Landing page designs

3. Manage Lead management systems and co-ordination with IT teams for backend inflow of leads/enquiries

4. Manage and initiate innovations on digital channels like whats app, chatbot etc

5. Email & SMS campaign management for the brand using specialised platforms like Netcore etc

- Monitoring and identifying the online responses (Online Reputation management - LTMF)

1. Drive the agency to track any online response pertaining to any product of LTFS

2. Identifying the type of response and bucketing it in to Negative, positive & neutral

3. Sharing the responses to respective stakeholders for resolution and sharing the first draft of response

4. Keeping a track on the TAT of query resolution from respective stakeholders and escalating it for quick
resolution if required

5. Drive the agency to manoeuvre appropriate responses basis the first draft shared by stakeholders and approve
the responses

6. Monitor the overall mentions online and spot any concerning trend to the respective teams, if any

7. Managing crisis on social media if any and alert respective departments

- Marketing Campaigns:

1. Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) marketing campaigns for specific business
within LTFS with the aim of engaging with the existing customers (retail & rural) to achieve the desired
engagement metrics as per organizational goals in coordination with various stakeholders.

2. Should be hands on with customer journeys, touch points and related communications mapping and should be
able to build a campaign calendar.

3. Manage communication for internal stakeholders like legal, HR, Secretarial, RCU etc

4. Communication development & execution, both offline as well as online campaigns, monitor competitor best
practices, understand customer segments, insights and work with agency/vendors to get effective communication
and continuously review and improve communication performance.

- Agency / Vendor Management / Compliance Management and relationship building

1. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of collaterals by liaising with the printers and warehouse for dispatch to all
branches

2. Tie up with diverse BTL agencies to ensure timely deliveries and meeting with vendors to focus on new
innovations

3. Ensure diversification of marketing collaterals amongst multiple agencies to ensure simultaneous deliverables
and reduce dependency on one

4. Budgeting and monitoring the spends and categorising under correct head - Billing and expense management

5. Media Publication Management


 - Viable tie-ups with magazine publications and other print media to maximize
visibility at the best negotiated costs.

6. Timely and error-free delivery of regulatory and customer facing communication- Notice Ads, Annual abridged
and full Reports, Half yearly portfolios and financials
