Job Description for DSM - Agency :
- We are looking for qualified candidates for Digital Sales Manager role.
- It is an individual role & not team handling role.
- Our ideal DSM has knowledge & experience with sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, good communication skills, good convincing skills & understanding of closing deals with partners.
Objective of this role:
- Represent our company, with comprehensive understanding of tele calling, hiring, training, advising & driving business from our Life Insurance partners to meet revenue objectives.
- Achieve company's objectives through recruiting insurance partners, conducting business opportunity sessions for them, handholding the partners at every training intervention, engaging with partners for sourcing policy & maintaining relationship with partners & clients.
- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, training & engagement skills.
- Understanding of social media marketing is a plus.
Skills & Qualification:
Preferred Age 28-32 years.
- 3+ years of experience in sales within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of success in Sales.
