Job brief :
We are looking for a person who live and breathe digital marketing, is tech savvy and intuitive with great ideas to set up processes to reinforce our marketing campaigns. Those who are working in a start up or owner of organisation, earlier, can consider.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible person will be leading the digital marketing team.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.), SMO,PPC and E-mail marketing.
- Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website and collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent
- Excellent team handling
- 2+ years of working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
