a) Company owned and managed Centers that caters to a given market or a society - Approximately 45 Centers.

b) Corporate Owned and Klay managed Centers for a Corporate Company. (Caters to a captive audience) - Approximately 35 Centers

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Create Strategies that drive online traffic to our website

- Drive Lead Generation through Optimized spends on the Digital Space.

- Create Marketing Campaigns with a choice of Digital Options that targets the TG and generates Leads.

- Create strategies analyzing the reports that Track Conversions and spends.

- Manage Art and copywriting professionals.

- Improve the user experience and Manage the periodically to stay relevant, rich in content that drives traffic.

- Manage all the social Media handles

- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Digital Vendors to increase marketing results.

- Manage the budgets of Digital Marketing and optimize the cost per lead and cost per acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications :

Educational Qualifications : An MBA in Sales & Marketing, with 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Experience & Industry Preference : 7-10 years in product or service driven industry. Must have handled Digital Marketing in the last 3 years at least.
