Manager - Digital Marketing - Media (7-14 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate and driven social media manager. A Social Media Manager will be responsible for running paid campaigns for Lycahealth. An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience of running paid campaigns on social channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn like sponsored ads, lead generation ads, video ads, etc. Should have handled budgets upwards of Rs.50 Lacs per quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Strategise and deploy paid social campaigns on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube
- Creating campaign performance data and analytics dashboards
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Daily, weekly and monthly campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Be able to optimise campaigns basis performance analysis and insights
- Knowledge of implementing Influencer marketing campaigns
Qualification :
Candidate must be a graduate, preferably MBA from a good institute
Experience :
Relevant experience of at least 5-6 years is required, overall experience- 7-8 years
Mandatory Skills :
- Hands-on relevant experience of running paid ads across all social channels
- Has handled large budget social media campaigns
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Must understand various ad formats on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Instagram and be able to use the right format for a specific campaign
- Must be good at competition analysis
- Understands customer segmentation, creating customer lists for specific campaigns
- Has handled good budgets for paid social campaigns
- Has good understanding of SEO
- International markets experience would be preferable
- Team player
- Strong understating of Google analytics
- Hands-on knowledge of a social media management tool
