Young Professionals Scheme of the company has been designed to attract the best young talent so as to strengthen the implementation process in the company by bringing in new ideas and new energy. So far (9) Young Professionals have been placed in the company out of total (18) which have been approved by the Competent Authority.

This is a programme for fostering cultural integration of various States through exchange of people and fostering better understanding of the language, culture, traditions of the paired States.

In order to help in proper implementation of the programme, a team of Young Professionals is proposed to be put in place with the following job profile:

(i) Responsible for finalizing detailed date-wise action plan between the paired institutions of the paired States by closely coordinating with the institutions

(ii) Ensure implementation of the plan as per schedule and resolve difficulties if any

(iii) Maintain records/documentation of the events as they are performed.

(iv) Disseminate the progress, including the events as they are performed, using the social media on a day-to-day basis.

(v) Publicity of the events in the local print and electronic media in coordination with the PIBs of the respective States. Who have experience in strategising, implementing, executing & optimizing a complete Digital Campaign.

For the above purposes, each YP will be given (3) to (4) paired States, and a few hundred paired institutions. The YP is expected to liaison with the State Governments, educational institutions, media houses, Doordarshan, AIR, FM stations in the paired States in order to implement the plan of action.

Eligibility

(i) The candidates should have demonstrated organizational capabilities in youth-related vents/programmes, as evidenced by the events they have organized either in their own colleges or in the job profiles immediately preceding to the selection.

(ii) Experience of handling the media campaigns.

(iii) Educational qualification from reputed institutions like CFTIs, States/Private Universities which are ranked as per the NIRF.

(iv) Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

(v) Proficiency in at least two languages.

Process of Selection

The selection process should consist of:

(a) A written test to identify their capabilities to express themselves clearly, communication skills and creative abilities.

(b) A group discussion to gauge the ability to work in groups and leadership qualities.
