Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to target and engage HNI/UHNI clientele effectively.

- Direct the operations of the e-boutique, ensuring an exquisite and seamless shopping experience.

- Innovate and implement strategies to enrich the online customer journey and interaction with our brand.

- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to craft compelling ads that resonate with our target audience.

- Partner with web development teams to enhance website functionality and user experience, ensuring alignment with the company aesthetic and usability standards.

- Manage comprehensive product listings and categorizations on our website, reflecting current inventory and store offerings.

- Oversee the visual merchandising of online product presentations, including E-commerce shoots and line sheets, to captivate and engage potential buyers.

- Elevate our brand's online visibility through strategic SEO partnerships, overseeing monthly action plans and performance metrics to achieve optimal search engine rankings.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to realize marketing and sales objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of online business metrics, presenting insights and strategies to continuously refine our digital marketing efforts.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a D2C brand or a renowned agency setting.

- Demonstrated proficiency in performance marketing, SEO, and online campaign management.

- Previous exposure to luxury or high-value product performance marketing, with a keen understanding of the HNI/UHNI market segment.

- Good communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex marketing challenges.

- Knowledge of Shopify, product management, and e-commerce operations, with a track record of enhancing online sales and customer engagement.
