Manager - Digital Marketing - IT (8-12 yrs)

About the Role :

- We're looking for a marketing manager with expertise and versatility who is eager to take on new challenges.

strong and impactful positioning in USA, India and Europe.

Role Responsibility :

- Plan & implement digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, lead generation across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display).

- Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results.

- Ensure that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.

- Development and execution of communications strategies to support the Company's various corporate activities.

- Ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.

- Collaborate in designing, developing, and executing both internal and external marketing campaigns in support of the company's strategic marketing plan and vision.

- Manage website and social media sites i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, etc. and execute submission of Industry Awards.

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, generate leads and brand awareness, track conversion rates using analytics to improve the marketing campaigns that deliver sales and customer retention.

- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.

- Support and deliver external events - including partner, industry, and customer events.

- Manage P&L for our digital marketing team.

- Manage day to day work allocation of resources.

- Should have hands-on experience in developing and managing paid campaigns like Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, remarketing, dynamic ad campaigns and monitoring them on a daily basis.

- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Implement initiatives that will generate user growth and positive sentiment for the business through social influencer channels.

Background / Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in managing end-to-end Marketing for IT Services Company.

- Having exposure in both India and US markets is an added plus.

- Deep understanding and expertise of digital marketing tools.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style are a major plus.

Industry Preference :

- Experience in the B2B IT industry will be preferred

Core Skills & Competencies required :

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

- Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Must Haves :

- At least 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital marketing strategy that engage, inform, and motivate

- Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google Adwords, Display, Youtube, Facebook, ad networks, etc. including how to set up campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones

- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM tools, Sales Navigator, web analytics tools etc.

- Past experience in successfully running internal & external campaigns

- Diving deep into data and use insights to identify opportunities for performance optimization.

Nice To Have :

- Experience with basic content writing

Education Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required

- Keen understanding of web analytics tools (Google analytics, etc.)

- Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google Adwords, Display, Youtube, Facebook, ad networks, etc
