- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing team leaders engaged in SEO, SMM, Paid Campaigns in an Agency atmosphere. High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation is expected.
- Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company's plans.
- Build a quality team by recruiting an efficient employee, Manage and keep them motivated.
- In-depth technical knowledge and up to date on the latest developments, techniques/strategies ensure best practices are properly implemented and followed.
- Highly successful in Managing Digital marketing campaigns and should possess a proven track record of SEO, SMM paid Advt. campaigns delivering successive gains under a strict budget.
- Good command on forming strategies for on-page/off-page, content, link building, and keyword to increase rankings and improve share of organic search traffic on major search engine platforms.
- Research, Understand and Stay up-to-date on the Latest SEO, social media, and Internet marketing, Search Engine Algorithms, Rules, Techniques, and Trends.
- Should have experience in managing third-party agencies and obtaining desired results from such projects.
- Have strong numerical and analytical skills, be able to multi-task and work independently, good communication and documentation skills.
- Any professional degree in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
