Leading Hospitality MNC Requires Mgr ( Digital Mktg) - Delhi / Bangalore

One of our client a one of the fastest growing leading hospitality brand an MNC which own's chain of Restrobars/ FINE DINE restaurants an operating across major india metro cities ( Delhi, Mumbai. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & overseas locations .

The client aimed at creating businesses within the food & beverage and accommodation sectors, founded to create a niche in the indian food industry

The client operates chain of Fine Dine Restaurants / Restrobars Ice cream Parlors/ Banquets across india.

We are looking for Mgr - Digital Marketing for our client's offices in Delhi & Bangalore .

The details are as follows

I) CLIENT - Leading Hospitality Brand ( chain of high end fine dine res)

II) POSITION - Mgr ( Digital Mktg)

III) EXPERIENCE- 4- 8 YEARS IN Digital Mktg/ Online reputation mgt

IV) LOCATION -OKHLA (Delhi) & Bangalore ( M G Road)

v) Qualifications Graduate with Diploma in Digital Mktg from an organization of repute

Job Role Vision -

Key Responsibility:-

- Will be Working with Head of Digital to devise Strategy and approach to digital marketing for all brands tailored to lead to direct business results in the most efficient way possible, without sacrificing the customer experience or brand standards.

- Leadership Skills to manage a team, ensure growth & learning overall Business Consulting Social Media Strategy Content Marketing and Content Strategy

- Marketing and Advertising Strategy

- Market Research and Analysis Business Growth Mapping Data Analysis and Interpretation Internet Technologies Website Management, Website Design and Development Influencer Management Aggregator Management to drive axillary business Agency Management where required Tech Solutions Google AdWords, SEO | SEM Industry Best Practice Implementation CRM Solution if required ROI Analysis,

- Reports and Accountability Budget Allocation & Monitoring Brand Compliance Management % ecommerce to overall business and growing that Organic and Direct traffic Digital Creative Management

- Content Creation

- Managing all digital creative /creative agency relationship Responsible to handle employee engagement activities of region.

- Overall impact brand image and sales, Online Reputation Management, Customer Engagement.

- Driving business through social connect

- Driving e-commerce through social.

- Delivering National Marketing programs through social

- Launching a new social listening and response program

-Reporting to the Head of Digital directly, indirectly to Head of Marketing regularly and/or as the situation demands
