Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Marketing and Community Building :

- Strategize, plan, and execute social media marketing campaigns for Ment Tech and its clients, aimed at increasing engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

- Foster and expand online communities by actively engaging with audiences, creating and sharing relevant content, and responding promptly to community feedback.

- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to leverage new features and tools for brand promotion.

Content Development for Daily Social Media Posts :

- Craft compelling, timely, and trend-based content for daily social media posts tailored to the specific field and audience of Ment Tech and its clients.

- Coordinate with content creators and designers to ensure consistent and high-quality content that aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.

- Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and enhance audience interaction.

Paid Marketing Campaigns :

- Design and implement paid marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms to target specific audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.

- Manage budgets for paid campaigns, monitor ROI, and adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize spending and campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure paid campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Marketing :

- Quickly assimilate knowledge on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends to effectively market Ment Tech's and its clients' projects.

- Develop targeted marketing campaigns for blockchain and cryptocurrency initiatives, emphasizing unique selling points and innovation.

- Liaise with technical teams to gain a deep understanding of project features and benefits for accurate and persuasive marketing messaging.

Lead Generation and Sales Support :

- Partner with the sales team to craft digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, employing a mix of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies through analytics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve lead quality and quantity.

- Ensure a seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives to maximize conversion opportunities.

Branding and Online Presence :

- Elevate the branding and digital presence of Ment Tech Labs and its clients through consistent, impactful marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging and visuals across all marketing materials and channels.

- Work with the design team to produce marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences and amplifies brand messages.
