Qualification :
- MBA/PGDM from reputed institute with min 1-5yrs work experience
- Managing online / digital business would be preferred from any start- up Company who has worked for three to four years and has been on the business side
- Candidate with knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices to enhance the business
- The candidate can be from Fintech Companies from the sales background
Responsibilities of the role: Manage existing Web aggregators and building online distributors relationship
Key Accountability :
- To manage existing Web aggregators
- Build online distributor relationship
- New partner acquisitions, on boarding and driving business objectives
- Help partners to grow business and ensure dominant market share
- Interpersonal skills - Should be able to work with multiple teams and drive objectives
- Open to learning new things and ability to generate new ideas to enhance business
- Should be able to adapt quickly to changing market and regulatory environment
- Strong on ethics and should be aligned to company philosophy and values
- Will be responsible to generate the revenue
