Manager - Digital Marketing - Gaming Business (5-9 yrs)

A fast growing Gaming company is looking for Digital Marketing professionals for its India Operations.

The ideal profile shall have demonstrated capabilities in :

- To design, build and maintain our social media presence.

- To measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- To identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- To create and plan, execute, and measure conversion rates of such strategies.

- To collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- To manage the company's products with apt strategies on : Social Media,Google Analytics,WordPress,Google AdWords,Search Engine Optimization (SEO),Email Marketing.

- To design, build and maintain social media presence for the organisation

- To constantly monitor competition and provide details on product market share.

- To manage the company website.

- To initiate, collaborate & build the influencer community including reaching out to new influencers, activating existing influencers and maintain a strong relationship.

- To work with the team to manage, customize and lead all team members with measurable individual contribution.

Requirement of the Ideal Candidate :

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in digital marketing domain along with an experience of handling large scale campaign planning and execution.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit company needs

- Strong focus in providing detailed and timely analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
