Manager - Digital Marketing - EduTech (2-3 yrs)

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels through strategy, day to day implementation of campaigns and managing third party relationships via Digital Agencies. With full ownership of managing PPC, Display, Search, SEO, Content and Social Media channels, you will analyse performance and look at ways to improve hot leads.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- To plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid marketing campaigns on various digital marketing channels to generate quality leads

- You will own and lead on our digital advertising activity at all stages of the funnel across multiple online channels including AdWords, YouTube and Social Media

- To work with wider teams to ensure digital content and tone voice is on brand ensuring it's optimised for SEO purposes to generate relevant traffic

- To work with our digital agency and regularly reviewing keyword and phrase relevance, ensuring both on and offsite SEO delivers consistent growth in relevant, quality traffic.

- Oversee and provide direction on keyword planning, bid management strategies, and campaign optimization for conversions

- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving the scale and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

What makes you a good fit?

- Technical Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

- Proficient in MS Office products

- Google AdWords and Analytics Certified

- Facebook Blueprint Certified

Required Experience and Knowledge:

- 2-3 years of experience in generating leads via Google, Youtube and Facebook ADs

- Experience in setting up Google Ads, Google Analytics and Tag Manager for tracking and monitoring

- Experience in building the SEO engine from the ground up.

- Evidence of designing and implementing SEM, PPC, Social Media campaigns for lead generation

- Experience in InApp measurement and analytical tools like Branch, Clevertap etc

You:

- Are Energetic, focused and target driven

- Have a successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels

- Are highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment

- Have the ability to run daily stand-ups, manage multiple projects and priorities

- Have good analytical and stakeholder management skills

- Have experience of working on both big and small projects to tight deadlines

- Have an analytical approach with a strong ability for analysing data and visitor statistics

- Can build ad-hoc reports by evaluating data-driven insights.
