Job Description :


Manager - Digital Marketing Segment/Business Unit Corporate Office Function Marketing Zone/Grade/Job Level Manager Level Location/Site (can be based at) H.O Santacruz (West) Reporting To Sr. Manager Marketing


Job Purpose : why this job is in the organization; Why this job exists(2 or 3 sentences maximum)


This role will be to plan and execute digital marketing campaign and design, maintain and supply content for the organization's website


Key Responsibilities Please list the most important and relevant responsibilities


PRIMARY ROLE :


1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM / PPC, marketing database, e-mail social media and display advertising campaigns, Content Management, Landing-Page Optimisation etc.


2. Experience in overall digital marketing strategies involving SEO, SMO, PPC, Leveraging social platforms ie Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SEM engagement & lead generation to deliver qualified leads/ ROI to the business.


3. Working on google analytics for goal set-up, funnels, report generation, website study, visitor analysis, social media tracking, adwords tracking and various other tools


4. Conducting regular research to keep abreast of latest trends/ updates in digital: what's new in google /SEM / LinkedIN


5. what are the latest advancements/ highlights that maybe leveraged to run lead gen campaigns for our schools & preschools networks


6. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.


7. Improve the user experience on the company's website (include design, content and usability)


8. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


9. Creating Social Media Marketing strategies to create a brand name in social media and raise awareness


10. Evaluate competitors digital marketing strategies and create new plans to mitigate the same


11. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.


SECONDARY ROLE :


- Analysis of the leads / web inquires received/ generated vide the CRM software


- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners


- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience


- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Certifications related to Digital Marketing/ Branding/ Marketing

2. Knowledge/Experience :


Minimum 4- 5 years of experience/ having hands on experience in Digital Marketing/ website design and content, e-mail campaigns etc


Preferred if worked in the Education or Training institutions


Basic design skills - HTML, CSS or Photoshop


Age : Up to 32 years
