About SMYTTEN:

Smytten is an online platform for premium products and services that aims to enhance the way aspirational Indians discover, interact with, and purchase premium products and services, making the experience more immersive. It's stated to be India's first discovery and trial platform that cuts across multiple premium lifestyle categories like Beauty & Grooming products, Health & Hygiene, Wellness and other facilities. Smytten was founded in August 2015 by Siddhartha Nangia and Swagata Sarangi, both graduates of Indian Business School. Swagata in his last stint headed Business Marketing at Google, and Siddhartha, a FMCG veteran, was a Supply Chain Director at Unilever UK before starting up Smytten.

What we're looking for:

We are looking at a young digital enthusiast who wants to work in the premium and luxury space. As with any marketing and creative role, there are no set rules or boundaries that you are limited to at Smytten.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acquisition Marketing Campaigns:

- Dealing with niche target audience and having a deep understanding of multiple digital platforms like search, social, ad networks, content destinations, communities and programmatic to acquire the right users for us at least possible marketing expense.

- Digital Communication & Engagement Campaigns:

- Think like the consumer does, and provide value in the segments of Makeup, Beauty,Grooming, Fragrances and Premium Food & Beverages. You'll get to work with amazing brands like Bvlgari, CK and Kama Ayurveda, to name a few!

- Your wit and creative writing skills will definitely come in handy here! Hand holding our in-house design team for creating digital communication assets else that you believe will further the brand in the digital space. Also, help the customers have some fun with Smytten across channels!

- Digital Sales Campaign Management:

- Being a startup, there is always hunger to grow more and sell more :) We keep doing a lot of interesting sales and promotional campaigns from time to time for our consumers creating many purchase occasions. You will be leading the complete campaign funnel from ideation to execution across digital platforms and will also be responsible for the overall e-commerce sales figures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualification

- Graduate degree in any field (minimum)

- MBA preferred Experience

- Experience in supply chain in luxury, hospitality or FMCG industry is a plus!!

- Tireless attention to detail

- Sound business sense

- Ability to handle work-pressure

- Good team player who performs well in partnership
