Manager - Digital Marketing/Campaign Management - AdTech (3-6 yrs)

We are hiring for a campaign manager for a leading Adtech agency based out of Noida. As a campaign manager you will lead online campaigns for various platforms to ensure an optimum

Job Role and Expectations :

- Lead and support the implementation of our paid marketing strategies.

- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards.

- Manage acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Affiliate, Programmatic and other online channels.

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.

- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics

- Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs.

- Monitor attribution dashboards and key reporting tools.

- Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.

- Managing customers expectations

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Technology

- 3-5 years experience in a hands-on digital marketing position

- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and best practices. Experienced in working with Linkedin, Facebook/Instagram, Quora, Twitter, Google Ads, DV360 and liaising with third party publishers

- Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance.

- Adaptability to changing environment, willingness to learn and can work well with cross-functional teams across geographies

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

- End-to-end campaign execution experience, B2B/B2C product marketing experience preferred

- Understanding Web Analytics, SaaS Business Metrics and hands on CRM knowledge will make the learning curve shorter
